I am unorthodox how I take this product. I take one every day or every other day. I drink lots of water and also do take a pro and prebiotic. I often will skip a day just to give my colon a rest. I may be using this more as a way to keep myself regular however, I have felt that I have stayed on top of it and know when it needs to be taken. I have found this to be a way that it works well for me. It has not been harsh and only when I have not had enough water do I feel cramping. It does take sometimes a day before I see results. I have not felt bloating and I’m happy with this product.

This approach is effective! It's definitely wise to stay near the restroom, haha! Staying hydrated is crucial, and I've also begun to modify my diet. I incorporate beet juice throughout the day and enjoy cucumbers and spinach, as they contribute to a more intense detox. BUY IT !! Love yourself ❤️ take care of your health 😘

Didn’t cause much “running” to the bathroom i also took a lesser dose …. I did not know if i had parasites but with never cleansing before and eating raw meats i figured it might be possible…. Also did not look to see what came out but i did have my stool tested a month after i finished this and i had no parasites in my sample 🤷🏻‍♀️ so not sure if it worked cause i didn’t know if i had any but i did not have any after

I do cleanses every so often. I thought i would give this one a try and I have been pretty disappointed if im being honest. It's bloated me to the core, lol without much action. I guess I just expected more. I don't feel as though much is getting cleansed. I wouldn't buy again. I'm on day 4.

Do not buy. Sick as a dog on day one and didn’t even take the full dose. No more detox scams for me. Stick to garlic and juices.

I took the first dose after lunch yesterday and didn’t feel anything off. Started thinking the pills were not gonna do anything. I hadn’t pooped in 2 days which isn’t normal, I usually spend time on the throne scrolling through IG after my coffee and successfully lose a lb. By dinner time I took another dose…nothing. This morning I woke up, took some more, had my coffee and felt something shift. I walked swiftly to the restroom and had my glorious moment. I felt such relief. No pain, totally fine. So at lunch I took another dose. That’s where things went wrong. I should have stopped while I was ahead because now I’m running to the bathroom every 45 mins, rushing my meeting calls and afraid to put anything in my mouth for fear that it will immediately fall through my rear. I’m not even sure what’s coming out anymore and am having memories of my last colonoscopy prep where I drank the “drink” and couldn’t even trust myself to keep pants on for fear that I wouldn’t get them off in time. This stuff works! However I advise that as soon as it does, STOP! Either way 10/10 recommend.
