What are stencils made of? Metal, plastic, paper? Can they be reused?Are they easy to clean?

Semi stiff clear plastic- you use the stencils with pencil or chalk on your object to set lines for dotting so there really shouldn’t be any cleanup

Does anyone know the exact size of the small tools? Some designs call for a specific size (0.8mm) please help...

The listing on Amazon shows the sizes of all that are included. But your dot will not be the size of the tool - it will depend on the thickness of the paint and the amount of pressure applied.

The bag they came in was ripped 🙁 i was hoping to keep them in it.

I just use the plastic trays that TV Dinners come in to hold my tools. Free, easy to rinse out. I use a cut open plastic grocery bag to keep my table clean (with a couple pieces of painters tape to hold the plastic down).

Not sure how the ‘flat heads’ are being used. Could somebody explain, please?

Dip them in the paint then "kiss" the surface of your project. Don't smash them down. Hold them straight up and down.
