PlayStation DualSense Wireless Controller - Cobalt Blue (Renewed)

I was a bit hesitant because it's a renewed product, but it works perfectly. The buttons and sticks feel solid, and it arrived in great condition. It’s a good way to get an extra controller for the family without spending full price. Very happy with how it performs so far.

Received the item, once powered on and connected to the console there was no way to use it, or turn off the controller or the console. Hitting the X button would always inact the PS button...Using another controller I have, I was able to turn off the faulty controller; but it turned itself back on right away, every time. I was unable to do any gaming because of this; actually had to unplug the console from the power source because the controller kept powering it on, which in turn was powering on my TV. Very displeased by this; will never buy "renewed" product ever again...Which I actually wouldn't have bought in the first place, had I noticed that it said "renewed". The picture shows the item next to original packaging...Not totally misleading, since the description does state "renewed", so only slightly desceptive (mostly my fault for not seeing that). For the price though, this item should have worked properly...Instead it has cost me a night of relaxation and part of my day today to find a location to ship a return. If having to pull the power cord to keep the console from powering up caused me to lose any data I am going to be livid.

Arrived quickly and my grandson was completely happy with it.

It works but it was really weird that it just came in bubble wrap. But sketchy, I would recommend ordering it from a different vender. It works great and all.
