OMG what a great product!
I ordered this SUP for my wife as an anniversary present. We had tried our hand at paddle boarding a few years back, and had talked about getting one but had never pulled the trigger on ordering until now.I looked at a bunch of different SUP configurations and finally decided on this one. I am glad I did!Once it arrived, we unpacked it and laid it out in the living room. My first impression was "WOW... this thing seems really well built and has a TON of included accessories". Score! We decided to go ahead and inflate it to make sure it was what we wanted, even though we were not going to get it into the water for a few weeks. The process of getting the board properly inflated is pretty straight-forward and the included pump worked well. It seems that many reviewers felt that their pump gauge was "broken", but in reality, that is not the case. The gauge will not start to read anything until the board is about 60-70% inflated. This is a design feature, not a flaw (this is mentioned in the manual). It took about 200-225 stokes for this to occur. Those strokes were very easy, and didn't require much effort. Once the board started to stiffen, the resistance ramped up and it got increasingly more difficult. By the time I hit about 350 stokes the board was at the recommended 12 PSI and was ROCK hard! If you have ever inflated a pool toy you will be amazed at the rigidity of this board. I am a 200 lb adult and the last strokes were pretty hard but not too difficult, just take your time and lean into it. My wife was able to make those last few strokes, so I am confident she could use it without me if she wanted. The surface is covered in a rubberized pebbled texture reminiscent of a basketball, and there are numerous D rings for attaching the included seat (used in a kayak configuration), the ankle/leash strap, optional anchors etc. There is a bungee style crisscross in the front that can hold extra gear as well. Two sturdy carry straps complete the surface attachment points. Also included were 4 paddle pieces that could be configured with a handle on one end for paddle boarding, or a second blade for when in the kayak configuration. Again, some reviews mentioned that they couldn't get the paddle to stay assembled, but once again, when reading the manual, there are instructions for how to adjust the tension on the latch to correct this problem. This was an easy fix and worked as promised.Once the board was inflated we flipped it over to insert the 3 included fins. This was the only snag we ran into, and it seemed that the fins were not going to fit. After applying a bit of heat from a hair dryer to the receivers for the fins I was able to get them to snap in without too much trouble. The fit is designed to be VERY snug at first, but after a little heat (some reviewers mentioned leaving it in the sun for a bit to warm up) all was fine. I was able to get them on and off again a few times over the next few days without having to re-heat the surface. I strongly suggest you test fit the fins before the first use.The board stayed rock solid for the next 3 days with no sign of any air loss, so we opened the valve and deflated it. This took a couple of minutes, and we packed everything up into the included storage/backpack bag. It was plenty roomy and everything fit in without a struggle, including a life jacket I bought to use with the board.Last week we finally got to take it to the beach for a proper test and it was amazing! Inflation and set up went well, fins snapped on as expected without any extra heat needed, and the board proved to be very steady in the water. It is plenty wide and has a 150 kg (330 lbs) load rating, so no trouble there. It was quite light and easy to carry due to the placement of the handles. We tried it out both in the paddle board configuration (see pic) and set up as a kayak and found it very good at both tasks. Both my wife and the grandkids had a blast on it, and I used it as a kayak to ride out on some breakers after a storm, which it handled well. This is a great SUP, and so far it has paid for itself in what I would have spent in rental fees for the week we were at the beach! Once we got home I made sure to rinse it well to get the sand/salt off, let it dry for a day, wiped down all the paddle parts after breaking them down, and packed it all away in the backpack for our next adventure.NOTE: during a storm that blew up 30+MPH winds the board was wanting to take flight from under the rental house but it was easy to move it to a protected area on one of the decks and tie it down. The only problem was the paddle got buried in some drifting sand and the rain pushed that sand into the latch mechanism. It was a struggle to get one section back apart, but I was able to coax it loose once we got home. Since I hadn’t had any trouble getting that connection loose when we had used it before the storm I attribute that to my poor planning, and will protect it from that issue in the future by breaking the paddle down before letting it get sand/rain into it when not in use.TL:DR this is a great board and fantastic value. Read the manual and it will serve you well.

AWESOME Board!!! Amazing look!!
This board is much more then I was expecting. It's my first paddle board so GoPro will be running😂 HEAVY duty material, the foot pad area is awesome under your feet so your not slipping. Staps are top of the line quality, solid heavy duty, not cheap handles and not cheap rings to hook too. I got the kayak version so I can kayak areas that are difficult to stand. The seat is kinda flimsy as in the back rest is awesome but your gonna need a cushion for your as*. I had great difficulty pumping it to the required psi of 11-15lbs. It takes a lot of pumping (20mins at least) and I had to take a break to be able to finish lol. Other then that I freaking love it and it's look!! I'll have to update on the water use as I've not got it on the water yet. Storm blew in here on the lake sooo... I'll just have to update on ease of adding fins in their places, ease of balance on the water etc. I highly highly recommend this board so far. Gorgeous board☺️

Fun, sturdy, and easy to inflate and deflate!
We love this! It’s perfect for our 5 year old. I was even able to use it and I’m 170 lbs. It was easy to inflate and deflate. It was compact and the bag to store it in is awesome. We were able to fit other things in the bag too!

Good for beginners
Pros:>It has everything you need to get started>Some reviews said it didn't come with the kayak paddle but mine did indeed come with a attachment.>Easy to fold up into the backpack bag provided. And has alot of extra room for life jacket and accessories if you buy them.> It can fit in a trunk or back seat if car for transport>Seems well made, and sturdyCons:>kind of difficult to inflate with pump. It takes forever to register the PSI on the dial as others said, even if it feels rock hard keep pumping. Once it registers it will become harder to inflate> the side fins were almost impossible to attach. We messed with it for like an hour just trying to get them to lock into place. I'm hoping with more use it will become easier.>Not very steady on wavy water. I've paddle boarded on a lake before without problem. Took it out on lake Michigan and fell a bunch of times. So don't start off on big bodies of water if your new like me.Overall: good buy for a beginner. Looking forward to using it this summer!

Quality product and great customer service
This is our first SUP but can’t imagine anything better! It appears to be good quality, and easy to inflate/deflate and pack up. We did break the clip that keeps one of the fins in place (user error vs not exactly sure how to get it to release) but after reaching out to the company they quickly replaced it! I can’t wait for many more paddling adventures!

Highly recommend
Very pleased. Arrived quickly. Beautiful colors.Easy to set up, and pump was easy to use. Because it is a wider board it is very sturdy out on the water. Love everything about it. Came with normal paddle and attachment to make it a kayak paddle. I love that you have the option to do either. Waterproof phone case works well, buttons work while inside it so that was a huge plus.
