Beautiful railing & easy to install
We love our new loft with this cable railing. So modern & sleek. My husband installed it in a couple of hours. Downside is the parts required to complete the job were confusing and it was challenging to get anyone from the merchant to help. We finally figured it out by trial & error and had to return a few items. Overall the end result was worth it.

Good quality
I installed into brick stairs. They are good quality and a versatile design. They look sleek and modern, and go very well with the wood rail I made. They came with all hardware and tools that you to integrate it into the system.

Just one thing…
Looks great, easy to install and fast delivery. However the bags for the screws came loose for both packages we ordered and it ended up scratching the posts during delivery, would be five stars if it was more secure…

Looks Good but Needs Improvement
I just put this up on the stairs in front of my deck. Overall, the product is solid, but there were a number of issues. 1. The lag bolts sent to secure the posts are too long with the top inch of the bolt not having any threads. So, unless your deck boards are 3 inches thick, you will need to buy your own 5/16 x 1.25-inch bolts with threads that go to the top of the bolt. If you use the supplied bolts, then the threads will go right through the deck and the poles will be loose. If you are not using this for a deck and screwing into a solid stairway, then the included bolts should be fine. 2. The holes for the lowest cable are placed too low and often will not clear a stairway. One reviewer said he got around that by shimming up the posts. I simply omitted the lowest cable. 3. The kit comes with washers that are called "adhesive washers." However, they are not adhesive unless you apply a peel off adhesive. The kit comes with the peel offs, but the instructions do not mention them and the company's video does not show them either. So, you do not know how to apply the washers or when to peel off the paper coating to make them stick. I found that it is best to keep the paper coating on the washer until the job is complete, then peel of the paper and rip it off from around the cable. Oh, and if you accidentally put the washer with the sticky part on the wrong side, then you must disassemble the cable and do it again. Overall, it would have been so much easier if they just made the washers snap-on. 4. The instructions pretty much suck as the diagrams are not clear - especially when they show where and how to use the tension tool. The video isn't much better as it is an animation instead of an actual video with the actual product. I cannot speak to the handrails as I did not use them, but based on other reviews, it sounds like they are problematic. Instead, I got myself a nice piece of 1x4 Cedar and sanded it smooth and rounded the edges, which I think looks so much better than the ugly black metal handrails. Installation tip, once you've measured one cable, the rest should be the same size. So, remove the first cable after you've assured that it worked, and use it as a template to cut all other cables. Then prep those cables with the lead bolt (the non-tension black one). This will save you tons of time in measuring and cutting each cable though the posts. The good news is that once you've done this once, then you will have learned enough to be good to go with the rest of your project.
