This is what my family has eaten for 43 yrs. And what my mom bought since I was a baby for us. Thin, soft and unmatched! Open loaf to inside, Put it under the broiler with cheese, butter , sugar & cinnamon. Takes 30-60 seconds for perfection! Better, healthier snack for your kids too!

I am serious about my Syrian bread and don't know where to get it around where I just moved so ordered online. It wasn't like fresh new bread but that may have been the travel time. It had the texture and lack of flexibility of having been frozen before.

I lived in Dubai for a few years and there was a bakery there called Al Jadeed Bakery. These pitas remind me of the ones my family would get from that bakery. These arrived very quickly and arrived very very fresh. I could smell the pitas from outside the box. Now I have a place to get authentic pitas for shawarmas and falafel rolls. Will definitely purchase again.

I like this type of thin pita bread, I can use a whole one to make a wrap or two - if I separate the pocket, or I can cut it up for fattoush. So many uses. I wish the whole wheat version was also available on Amazon... :) The product was packaged very well, correct size box and encased in bubble wrap, no possibility of it being crushed or mangled, it was sent via USPS.
