I have found that as long as I apply a little cream to my three effected toes first thing in the morning and when I'm ready for bed, I have no problems with Chilblains. I don't know yet if this cures chilblains - that remains to be seen - but it surely keeps my toes from becoming painful. I will caution users to only use a little at a time. I had put a bit too much one evening. Once in bed my toes started to feel very hot.

I love that this really helps the severe bone-spur pain I have in my shoulders! And I also appreciate that the scent isn't very strong. The only thing I wish the manufacturer could do to make it better is to make it a spray. I don't know if that is possible; but I have such limited range of motion with my arms, it would definitely help me to apply it.

This hasn’t helped me one bit. It’s like a cheap dollar store lotion. I can’t feel heat or anything.. I’ve wasted $20. I will never purchase this again.

Since I've only used it briefly, I will give it only four stars. I need to rub on my back before and after walks, when the pain is most intense, for the real test. However, for the daily dull ache, this cream did reduce the pain. Remember, since this has a high concentration of capsaicin, to wear gloves when you apply. It doesn't burn the skin, but it will linger after a hand washing--you don't want this in your eyes.

Pleasant smell, several good ingredients including capsaicin. I search for creams with the pepper compound capsaicin as it numbs pain better than anything on the market or at stores. The value and size are also good. The seller included a hand written note which is nice. We need more Capasin creams at a higher concentration. Glad this exists

I have very persistent itching during the evening hours. nothing visible, just itching everywhere. This product seems to help
