Works for Me
I first tried Me-Time Comforting Balm to support my knees after an old injury, and now use it regularly on my knee and hip joints, as well as my hands. During a particularly stressful time, I found the simple act of massaging it in each evening helped me relax and unwind. The texture of the balm feels nourishing and comforting, and I've noticed that my joints feel more comfortable and my hands more supple. It's now part of my daily routine and I always use it after exercise, so I believe it's helping me to stay active and relaxed. I wouldn't be without it and I'm also about to buy it for a friend, in the hope that it will also help her with her knee problems.

Soothing on my hands
I’ve been using this balm as part of my new nightly ritual, massaging it into my hands and fingers. The texture melts in easily and feels soothing after being outside walking my dog in the cold. Added bonus, my skin is noticeably less dry.

Good alternative balm
I'm not quite sure of the naming, Comforting Arthirtis Relief Balm, though I will say, it's something of a good alternative to the regular balms I've used before. So one of the major benefits of this balm over my regular one is the quantity, you get a huge tub weighing 100g and coming in at under £10, this is pretty good value for money. Now it doesn't contain menthol nor camphor, which are more prominent ingredients that can help soothe aches and pains, but this one is a lot more toned tone down and has minimal scent, which is something that some people may favour and want in using a balm. It works just the same, getting some of the balm you rub and massage it into your affected area, be it your hands, arms, ankles or shoulders, where it will gradually generate heat and help sooth your aches. Now the only issue I had was actually getting to the balm, though it may be that when this was delivered to me, it's been getting a lot colder and so the balm has effectively hardened. But with some gentle heating, this has a similar texture to the other balms I've used. I feel like this is a good, working alternative to more strong smelling balms, though it's generated warmth will depending on how much balm you use as well as how much you massage it into the affected area. A good quantity and good working balm.

Really soothing.
I bought the Comforting Balm for my Dads Birthday and he has really taken to it. He is applying it to his knee both morning and night and says it feels soothing and comforting. It’s great that he’s enjoying it. I’ll certainly be getting him another for Christmas.

This is the 3rd tin of balm that I have purchased. The product melts beautifully onto the skin with a lovely light scent. It provides a lovely warmth that helps elevate sore joints & muscles An essential part of my self care routine . Highly recommend

Natural product with a pleasant scent that seems to be helping my mum manage her discomfort
My mum has been experiencing joint aches and stiffness, particularly in her knees and hips. Looking for ways to help, I decided to try the Me-Time Comforting Massage Balm for her. She's been applying the balm twice a day, finding it convenient for morning and evening use. She prefers the refreshing citrus scent to strong-smelling menthol creams as it makes the balm more enjoyable to use throughout the day.

Made no difference
This balm is pale yellow in colour and has a slight scent. It melts quickly on the skin and rubs in well. However, I found no improvement using it, so wouldn’t order again.
