Gluten Free Honey Graham Crackers, 7.5 oz

For gluten-free products, these graham crackers get an A-Plus. They taste good and have the same texture as a regular graham cracker. My only beef is the same beef with every GF product, you don't get as much and you pay more.

These are very nice crackers, taste really good. The first ingredient is butter. It is too bad they broke up so much in shipping. However, I can use them for making a graham cracker crust.

At $6 a box, it would be nice if Amazon always put them in a box instead of a mailer envelope. Several crackers were broken, but since I can’t find these anywhere else locally, it’s worth the buy. Much, much tastier than any GF graham cracker we’ve tried so far (Schar, Partake). I would definitely buy again!

I ordered these to make a dessert, and it is a good thing that I was not making s'mores or anything else that required a whole cracker because i received almost all broken up pieces. The flavor is great, and worked perfectly in my recipe as a crust base. For my recipe I needed to grind it up and sprinkle in the bottom of the pan. One thing to remember with rice based GF products, if you are using with a fat, the rice does not absorb like flour and your crust will separate and/or fall apart. It really is a nice tasting product, with good texture, just don't expect full pieces.

Best gluten-free graham crackers. Great for smores, pie crusts, and general eating.
