I've been using this brand for years, quality products that works as advertised.I cannot sleep with my mouth open when I have a cold, so I always make sure I have some sinus spray at hand.This is a new style, and the safety cap is annoying to remove at first.It's easy to use, just press the button when inserted into the nostril, and within a few minutes the nose is cleared, and you're able to breathe again! Blocked nose had me feeling like a fish out of water. One spray and boom, instantly clear. Works crazy fast and lasts for hours.Only downside? Use it too much, and your nose gets lazy. But for those times you really need to breathe, this stuff is a lifesaver. Worth every penny!

See title, there's not much else to say

I used a different nose pray from a different country and I thought that was the best one. I tried to find it on Amazon, but in the UK I couldn't buy that, so I wanted a menthol nose spray for my blocked nose. I didn't see any sign on the package/pictures that this is menthol, but when I first used it, OMG! Sooo strong! :D I love it!!! I'm a huge fan of menthol and my stuffy nose loves it! Just one spray and good for all day long! ☺️I wish I could see any sign on the package that is a menthol "flavore". I hope I can get this one in my country!If you love really strong menthol and you have a blocked nose try this one! Amazing!! 👏(Sorry my english)

This is amazing for a blocked up nose, literally a miracle cure, from 100% blocked to completely clear in minutes.Just be careful with taking it for a while, your body starts to depend on taking it

Works very well for unblocking the nose and helps bring out the mucus when you feel like your nose is stuffed but you can’t blow it out.However, I’m really disappointed with the new packaging. I’m not sure why they had to change the old packaging, there was nothing wrong with it. The positioning of the button requires you to press in an unnatural position compared to the old packaging where you just pressed down. If you don’t press it hard enough the spray won’t reach as high. Even when you press hard enough I feel like it doesn’t go as far as it used to with the old packaging. Also if someone has weak hands/fingers the new packaging will not perform as well.
