Not as advertised
Took forever to get product due to coming from china. Then the metal piece was plastic. The hook to loop over doorknob is only designed for doorknobs that are thin and flat, not traditional round knobs

Better than any cervical traction I have tried
Prior to this, I have used the device from the home health stores made out of white canvas attached to a plastic bag that holds water for weight. I thought that one was OK, as it did the job. But this is such an improvement on that design. It’s much easier to set up, feels better on your head, and it’s much easier to control the traction tension.

The quality of the item itself is good, however the instructions were not very good nor were they easy to understand. Thankfully, I have a friend who actually encouraged me to buy this item for my neck issues and she showed me how to use it

Really hard to use. Spent more time setting it up then actually using it. Didn’t help with my neck pain.

Comes with everything you need for neck traction. lt took me some trial and error to get it right. it givesyou full control over how much tension is applied. The head piece is really comfortable.
