Works great and helps me fall asleep fast. I don’t have any side effects like tiredness in the morning. I can go to bed at midnight and wake up at 5:30/6am and not be tired. The price is reasonable as well. The flavors is wonderful and the texture is smooth and yummy!

Being a senior, I often have trouble falling or staying asleep. I asked my doctor about melatonin and she said they are safe when taking the right amount. Sorry, but these didn’t work for me!
