I frequently use a cast iron skillet when I'm grilling steaks on my propane grill, but space is a bit limited. This skillet "insert" works very well just sitting on top of the grates on my grill, and I have made lots of steak and burgers using this. I love having the option of either smooth or grated depending on which side I want to use. The heat distribution seems very good, and it is fairly easy to clean. I like the included press and cleaning/scraping device. I am replacing my aging grill very soon but will continue to use this cast iron insert for years to come.

The built quality is great and it works well and fits on my stove perfectly. Distribution of heat is even and it has perfect cooking abilities, easy to clean when you clean immediately after usage but only with following the instructions. Love that it come with the silicone mittens and the cleaner.

I wanted this as an addition to my Gas section of my outside grill. The dimensions were correct for my grill and the quality of the griddle was evident. Allows me to do a "mini-blackstone" top and has performed to expectations after several uses. Pleased with the product and recommend.

Heavy duty, great grilling, easy to clean, cast iron! It’s one grill with two sides one with lines and one flat side.

Oxidation is very bad on this product. I do not recommend.

Durable and great at retaining heat. Ideal for everything from searing to slow-cooking. It needs proper seasoning, but once done, it’s a reliable kitchen tool. Worth the investment for consistent cooking results.

This is very useful when cooking breakfast on patios for up to eight guests, easy to make eggs, pancakes even hash browns & bacon
