So quiet I wasn't sure if it was on or working properly. Nope... works very well. Cools quickly and blows out a strong wind that you can feel from about 2 yards away. Super easy to install. I'm very happy with this unit and would highly recommend.

Blown away by everything about this ac. I cools down the entire second floor of my house. I love that I can still look out the window. It’s bulky but worth it. Also sometimes I have to check that it’s still on because the quiet feature is soooo quiet. Excellent investment.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in 2024 and it worked great. This year every single day I get an error saying "FL" and it won't work until I plug it and unplug it back up. And then it goes off a few minutes later. The instructions do not say what any of the error codes are and I don't know what to do. Very frustrating. My second floor this year is suffocating.UPDATE: I changed this from a 1 star to 4 after contacting seller and they refunded my money due to unit being less than one year old. I commend them for standing behind what they sell. As I said, the first year there were no issues. Super quite, ran great. This year there was a flashing "FL" code and the unit would stop working. There is NOTHING about this in the manual. Before refunding seller advised to drain the unit. Looking in the manual, it mentions this briefly but doesn't state when or how often to do it. So obviously this does not automatically drain outside like a traditional window unit. Also doesn't show a picture of drain hole and I was a bit confused as it looked like there were two different places they could have been referring to. After draining into a bucket - and there was a LOT of water - the unit worked again. But only for a few hours. It stopped and needed draining again. OVER AND OVER. It is confusing to me while this keeps happening this year but never last year. HIGHLY inconvenient. One could leave a bucket under the unplugged drain hole but if you have little kids or pets this is not ideal; aside from being unattractive. I really wish I could keep using it but it requires WAY to much checking on. Furthermore, I simply don't trust it.

This has got to be the easiest unit to install EVER! I have installed many window units in my homes over the years, and this is by far the easiest installation I have ever done. It actually took me longer to remove the old window unit, then to install this one. It works great, very cold, very quite, very impressed. I only wish that they offered a drain hose kit for the moisture drain, I will come up with some type of drain hose for this unit, as it sits so low to the floor that getting a drain pan under it will be a bit of a pain, so I will run a drain hose through the wall to the outside, and let gravity do the job.

AWFUL air conditioner. The temperature was 76 degrees outside. The AC was properly installed and on the cool setting. Indoor temperature in my small bedroom where the AC is located was 85 degrees. The AC’s condenser would come on for about 15 seconds and nice cool air would blow. Then the condenser would shut off for about a minute. Tried everything I could think of. Nothing worked. This thing is an absolute piece of junk. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Bought this to replace another ac we just purchased but they issued a recall and issued us a refund. This model is Easy to install, if you have it on quiet it is about 45 db, (not sure why you have to have a quiet option who does not want a quiet ac.. The only thing I do not like is the drain is on the inside I understand the way this ac is designed it has to be. I just keep a bucket under it and drain it every couple of days. I compared my power bill from last year and it about the same as the one I had last year which was also an enery efficient. Other then that is is a nice ac and is keeping us cool during a very humid hot summer.

Just installed and so far it's excellent! A/C arrived almost a week EARLY which is awesome considering we just entered a heatwave. Easy-ish to install, watched a youtube video first. Was a 2-person job to get it leveled. Provided a lot of foam to properly insulate around the unit. The u-shape design means it does not block natural light from the window. The noise level is that of a fan, not whisper quiet, but no rattles and doesn't sound like a jet engine. Remote is convenient. The price was great considering the BTU size.

Feels more like 10,000 BTUs, the Window design is great so you can see out the window, it is as close to a split unit as you can get from a visual perspective. Do not throw out the drain plug if you get this thing, many people talk about it leaking, if you put the drain plug in it shoots the water back into the condenser and it will not leak. If you accidentally throw the drain plug out then make sure you fish it out of the garbage at 3 AM like I did. Otherwise you will have a ton of water coming out of your unit. Feels more like 10k btu’s max.
