Rusting after 1 week of use
Not even a week into using the product there was rust showing on the spout of the milk jug, would not recommend.

Great product
The product is great. It is very nice that you can directly heat the milk in the jug and it's easy to use.Nevertheless, I bought new and the packaging was open so everything looked as refurbished. It didn't come sealed as other subminimal product that I have. It did not come with the certificate of authenticity and the access code for latter art master class. The code outside of the box was already even scratched so it really looked it was refurbished rather than brand new. Really disappointed with this one as I own NanoFoamer v2 lithium and packing there was great.
