Magnet ripped off from fabric
Magnet was too strong and after repeated use of it, it unfortunately gave up and is ripped apart from the fabric. Only a month of use. Wouldn't recommend buying it.

Great bag for travel & everyday!
I used this bag daily for 5 months, through some hard knocks of everyday errands and 4 or 5 trips from New England to Florida. Finally, after all that use, the front snap just broke off, and the key fob string is about to break. I love it so much that I just ordered a replacement. Yeah, I wish it had lasted even longer, but I did get my money's worth. It's a great bag for traveling. Also great for keeping your credit/debit cards and car remote secure with RFID protection. Also great for someone like me who is constantly misplacing their keys. The attached key keeper makes me never have to wonder what happened to my keys. Life is so much better and more efficient when you don't lose them constantly. The strap pouch, which I think is technically for your cell phone, is the perfect place to carry an EpiPen, if that's something you need to do.

Good bag, nice size; could use better design.
It's a good size (for me). I tried others that were smaller, and larger. This is a good medium size. I can carry eyeglasses, sun glasses (in the phone case part); iPhone in the outer snap pocket; wallet (inside zipper); diabetic glucose monitor (inside zipper); iPods (inside zipper); a couple of tubes of medicated ointments; and hearing aids case. I don't always carry all of that but it will fit in it, still leaving empty the outer front zip, and the more concealed backside zip pocket. The snap is much sturdier than I'd feared. It snaps securely (magnetic with a little ball/socket guide) and it feels securely attached to the fabric. And the main zipper and front pocket zipper works nicely. The back zipper once got caught on some extra fabric of the inner lining of the 'secret' pocket, and jammed. Had to work work work to get fabric out from zipper teeth. Maybe it'll never happen again, or I may put some tape or something to stiffen the lining so it can't bunch forward. The only bad thing I'd say about the pack is - just poor design inside. It has 3 pocket levels, one all the way across the back; one all the way across the front, and then two 1/2 the bad width mesh pockets attached to the front one.The problem is - they are ALL AT THE SAME HEIGHT. So when you fill the pockets, the bag is stuffed right there with everything in the middle at the same elevation. If they'd made on pocket near bottom, and one further towards top, it would stagger the bulk, lay/ wear flatter and be more convenient. Of course it does have the central opening between the front and back pockets where items rest on the inside's bottom.Similarly, a pocket or two very high on the back side would be perfect for iPods, or other small items. As is, the top 1/3 of the bag is totally wasted unless you have a very large items filling it from top to bottom. The mesh pockets on the sides could be better. I use them locally for a bundle of keys for convenience, but the tops don't gather as tightly as I'd wish, so have to be careful. I don't find the key ring inside that useful, but some may. For one or two keys, it's probably pretty good.I wish the mesh pockets were a little larger and had an adjustable tie/cord/so I could secure small objects (bundle of keys) or carry my 20oz stainless water container (can force fit it in there, but pockets not tall enough but what it falls out if tipped more or less horizontal. (kind of works OK in top, but would not trust in side towards ground..

Highly recommend!
Very comfortable to wear. Plenty of space for items.

Sling backpack defect
My husband loves his bag but had trouble opening the snap button located on front pocket. It ended up tearing off this morning as he sat and waiting at doctor's appointment. I come to find out that we're just 2 days past the return date. We're disappointed because it's his father's day gift that he wanted to take to dialysis to hold all the things that keeps him occupied while he sits through 4 hours of treatment.
