I used this tool to replace my wiper arms on my 2006 Chevy Silverado. It worked perfectly no damage to my car. I highly recommend it for pulling out stuff that is stuck for years. My truck is 20 years old by the way.

This tool is well built with quality materials and did what it was supposed to do! I tried to just remove my rear wiper arm using just penetrating oil and tapping on the arm but it was too corroded. A video showed the guy having to use large pliers to prevent the puller from slipping off, I did not have a problem cranking down pretty hard too. So, I removed the puller and heated the threaded area pretty good and tried again and "Pop" it came right off. Now I find myself looking for places to use it! LOL Go Bills!

Got this tool to remove windshield wiper arms off a 2003 tahoe got one off and the tool broke off before i could even apply good pressure on the 2nd one half a job

Product came as it should in a brand new sealed package. We were shown how to use it by a glass shop but unfortunately didn’t need it once we received it because the glass shop removed the wiper arm for us because we broke the windshield when trying to remove the arm originally. He supposed keeping it as it has multiple uses. It can be use easily to install in the future to remove wiper arms but you can also use the tools for other uses. It functions easily for easy removal of wiper arm. The fit is perfect for removal of the arm and the other tool can fit for the battery. It came in a secure plastic that was very durable. Highly recommend this product.

Took a little finesse but I got it after a couple tries. Tip from my master mechanic brother, the bolts don't need to go back on so tight you need a tool but happy to have it work.

This is needed when you need to change out the whole windshield washer arm for a 03 Chevy Suburban Z71 5.7 liter. It’s pretty pricey for only needing it once but what are you going to do when you need to change it? Still cheaper than a service call.

The silver tools plastic handle was actually broke on the stud and was threading through the stud, just junk plastic.The bigger tool has thin metal fingers and the pressing stud cocks off to the side when tightening. Chianesium junk
