I like these for nights I can't fall asleep. Non habit forming. Perfect. Just take at least 12 hrs before you have to wake up or you may still be groggy in the morning.

It's pretty much everything you expect from allergy relief pills that are similar to benadryl. They will knock you out of your shoes if you are not expecting them to make you tired, but they work. My allergies do not stand a chance against this, however it might just be because I'm sleeping through them.

Works just like the name brand. I use these mostly as a sleep aid.

I wish they would stop coloring them PINK, otherwise they are definitely NOT equal to big brand Benadryl. With these I have to take 3 to have the same antihistamine effect as Benadryl. I actually don’t mind this as it allows me to have a more precise measure of how much to take depending on the environment I will be in.
