Fridge is ok. The service charge you have charged is really useless. They supposed to bring in a vertical position, but they bring in horizontal position. They brought fridge, plug in and went. For that you have charged installation charges. Is it correct?

This fridge is the best in this price range the quality is also good It works without a stabilizer because I am living in a rural area where voltage is usually low but still it works well the cooling is excellent this is an underrated fridge If I compare it with any fridge in the range of 15k to 20k then this is much better than them the storage is good and it has been designed very smartly noise level is low It has a trusted compressor there is a back cover so the grill is not visible the sides get warm which is normal for a refrigerator

Worth, Good product

Simple one and works perfectly. Has metal base at the rear bottom so the whole fridge moves while opening the door (since not much is stored inside). A rubber padding at the bottom would have been a nice addition.

Refrigerator is not working after 3 months. Called customer care multiple times and no technician came. They have the worst product and service. Edit as of 30/10/2025, Hyderabad: Bought the fridge for 10k in offer price. Just after 2 months i have to pay 7.5k for repair cost. Paid the money to technician and he dont pickup the call or came for service. Tried escalating the issue all i get back is “we will solve the issue asap” still waiting for it get resolved

This product is good considering the price, but I found a cheap quality, like a fridge door locking system. Otherwise - cooling is good, - looking good, - Noise level is good This is an average product
