I was so pleased to have found a protein bar that tastes delicious and has a low sugar content and high protein level. The texture is excellent. The bar is filling and will definitely re-energize you. The bars are wrapped in a way where they will not get stale. I carry them with me when I play pickleball and golf. I always carry extra because someone always ask about the taste and quality. I always show them the blueberry and the chocolate and let them pick for themselves.
