It works in the dark dark
The laser gets the job done, but it's not the brightest. It shows up fine in dark rooms or with some fog, but if there's any ambient light, it starts to fade fast. Definitely not something you'd use in a big or well-lit space.The DMX is a bit unreliable. Sometimes it responds, other times it just doesn’t. I’ve had to unplug and reset it more than once during a setup, which gets frustrating if you're trying to run a clean show.Overall, it's fine for small events or casual setups. You get what you pay for. It works, but don't expect top-tier performance.

Very cool light
Redacted my first review and now that the issue has been resolved and after using the new replacement satisfied with this now . Very pleased with customer service and the great staff working there they seemed concerned and were ready to make it rt on my behave. Thanks for listening and taking the time to hear the concerns and resolving the issue
