Is this for salads or can you sauté with this oil?

Wonderful for dipping or salads and we used for sauteing as well until I read recently that EVOO shouldn't be used with heat, to use plain Olive Oil for that application. Delicious tasting olive oil; we had it at an Italian restaurant to dip bread in and had to ask the brand and order some.

Is this corto's "truly" evoo? the title doesn't say truly, but the picture of the label does so just trying to confirm. thanks!

The bottle I ordered about a month ago does say the word “truly” on it
