I read when I was in my 40's that this stuff was good for your heart. I began taking it then and sometimes found it hard to find. Have never had any side effects from it and I'm 78 yrs old now, so something is keeping me alive. I'm not saying it is this, but I was glad I was able to find it again.

Grape seed extract has always given me good results for my cardio workouts. Without grapeseed, I do okay - but not as well. This product is a great buy and a good quality too. I can only say good things about it.

Love this brand of grapeseed extract! I attribute my not getting sick often to taking this supplement along with garlic.

Got this to add to a stack of vitamins I already use. Haven’t been on them very long but no weird after taste or bloat or etc. I like it!

I usually buy these directly from Puritan Pride, but since I have Prime, I do not have to pay shipping if I buy them here. They seem to have the same prices both places.

So I keep taking this stuff and I'm not exactly expecting much from it but a lot of people say it's been good for me.
