product is soft and is powerful! i have flat feet, so this massage feels so nice on the bottom of my feet. it's also the perfect size to keep in some sort of tote bag/stroller!

The product worked well until it was time toCharge the massager…there was no charger in the boxSadly.UpdateI received a new one with the charging cord I appreciate the seller for smoothing things out with me. I recommend this product.
