The author provides illustrations of Pilates exercises using a wall. The illustrations are clear and easy to,follow with the accompanying text. 4 weeks of exercises is recommended for a change in weight and flexibility.

a Great Wall Pilates Program for All
I like how this Wall Pilates program is designed. I also like the breathing techniques and the warm-up routines to prepare my body for more exertion. I am sharing this book on my Senior Fitness Community page for the benefit of the members, although the program is designed for all ages and levels of fitness. All the exercises offer a beginner, advanced, and joint-friendly variation. There are step-by-step instructions with illustrations for how to perform the exercise correctly for the most benefit. Each exercise tells you what muscles are targeted. I like that I can choose the level for each different exercise as my capabilities allow. 28 days of circuits and timing of exercises are provided to make it easy to follow a proven program and to measure your mobility and flexibility as well as enhance it. It's a good program, and I'm still working on trying it all out. It's a good reference as well to find exercises that target body areas that need improvement.

Easy to do!
I was unsure if I'd be able to complete the exercises correctly due to disabilities. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to follow the illustrations and descriptions for each exercise. I recommend this book and her accompanying recipe book to anyone interested in toning up and losing a little weight.
