Q: What would be the best way for the highest survival rate,Letting the sitting hen do the work or my incubator?

I don’t know about the hen doing the work, I’ve always used a incubator and It is just a cheap one. I ordered the 6 hatching eggs and they sent 7 eggs total. Out of the 7 eggs 5 hatched. You must keep the humidity and temperatures correct and turn the eggs.

Q: So these are going to be Ayam Cemani only right (all black rosters)

No, these are cross breed with Rhode Island Red hens. I have 2 that look more like RIR, 2 that have a few white spots & 2 that look all black like the Ayam Cemani. They are almost 5 weeks old, so they may change. I was lucky to have a broody hen at the time the eggs arrived, so she hatched them for me!
