Product that fully charged never turned on so of course it's never been used you think they would take that back if it's never been used so I will not buy from this company again thanks for stealing 10 bucks off me

I thought the product didn't work but the seller was able to help me out so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Seller told me you have to hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds for the product to turn on. I find it strange how that works but at least it's working now. Thank you
