Used this for a mini face lift and upper / lower bleph and my surgeon recommended a Niacin 200mg three times a day. Being a pharmacist I saw this one at 250 mg. I still took it 3x day, they are easy to swallow and absolutely no flushing.

It works, I am so glad it was flush free, I got another brand but there was no warning that it was not flush free, but this one works I been using it for a month now, so I dont get any side effects, easy to swallow, I do notice my energy is higher, so take it in the morning, I dont take it every day, I take it ever other day.

Mixed reviews on this one: noticeable appreciable effects - increased sex drive and everything that goes with that. Side effects - head-rush upon ingesting, difficulty with short-term memory (had trouble focusing on train-of-thought during conversation), adrenaline-like feeling in chest. Tapers down to fatigue (maintained increased sex drive) with less energy for exertion noticed during weight-lifting/ running (body-building). Would fall asleep earlier at night and stay asleep until morning. Maybe that is a plus. Definitely, alters energy levels. Days after stopping - heart palpitations/ flutters. Maybe related, maybe not. So this does something, I just don't know if the cost outweighs the benefit, plus whatever effects are unnoticed (liver levels, whatever it might be doing to other parts of the body, etc). I think it does something to blood pressure, though I did not have my blood-pressure measured while I was taking this. If you are considering using this, start with a low dose. I started with 500mgs, then a week later cut down to 250mgs which worked just as well.

Always a good cost. Keeps cholesterol down.

Love this product! No FLUSH ISSUES --- I take once a day in the a.m.

My doc would not prescribe the drug for Raynaud’s Disease because I'm already on BP meds and she was worried the drug would make my BP too low, yet didn't want to switch, because, doctors. Anyway, I read that niacin in this form (inositol hexanicotinate) helps some people with Raynaud’s. I read you can take too much niacin and experience serious side effects, so I picked the lowest dose I could find, 250MG. I started taking it when cold weather arrived and I was having frozen fingers. I immediately noticed a big difference, and two months later, still rarely experience numb fingers, just a couple of fingertips on occasion which is manageable. It won't work for everyone, but it's worth a try!

やはり「ナイアシン・フラッシュ」の違和感が解消されるのはいい。フラッシュフリーではないタイプでも服用すれば必ず起こるものではないが、不確実に発現する「神経性の自覚症状」はない方がいい。ノーマルタイプで「フラッシュ」を起こし、不快に思う人にはおすすめできる。

ナイアシンフラッシュと呼ばれる症状は出ませんので、安心して使用しています
