Hoped this brand would work as well as a more known, popular brand and it does . Review is for: Vitamatic Lactase Enzyme 9000 FCC. Only one tablet offers a full 9000 ALU - in a search, ALU is attributed to the quantity of lactase enzyme and its effectiveness in breaking down lactose... 9000 seems standard in most effective products However, some brands achieve this level by consuming 2 or 3 tablets at a time...wasting money. I chose a brand offering 9000 PER every 1 tablet, and they are small and easy to swallow. No weird taste on the tongue. No weird smell. Non-gmo. Made in the USA. 240 tablets per bottle. Great price for the quality and quantity. Effective. Will buy again...these will last me quite awhile as I don't eat a lot of dairy in general. Highly recommend. When I consumed a lot of dairy, eventually I needed more assistance in breaking down the lactose. My doctor recommended I took 1, 9000 lactase enzyme tablet before my first bite, 1 in the middle of my dairy-prominent meal, and 1 at the end. This was effective for me back when consuming more dairy every day

Great product and what a Money Saver! Instead of having to take a lactose tablet every time I eat or drink any dairy, i only take one of these and it covers the whole day!! (okay I'm a little nervous, so if I do eat/drink a lot of dairy on a given day, I might take another 1 just to be sure but usually I only take 1 per day) & since there are 240 in each bottle, this 1 purchase can last me 8 months. Cant beat that!! Highly recommend for lactose intolerance.

This is a really great product. It works very well. And it's small. Effective..I really can Emily my milk and other dairy products without negative side effects.

This product is SO EFFIN' GOOD! I love this product! I LOVE THIS!! Listen, for years my "go to" has been the good ol' Lactaid pills (you know the one, in the blue and white box), where I have to chew 3 or 4 or even 5 of them, just to be able to handle a spoonful of cheese cake or a single, microscopic, nervous bite of milk chocolate candy. And even then, the Lactaid pills merely REDUCE my symptoms to a degree. If I give in to temptation and eat a whole slice of delicious cheese-covered pizza, it overwhelms the pills and I still end up debilitated, in pain, and sitting on the 🚽 for the following 24 hours. But THIS product? OMG. THIS PRODUCT is DIFFERENT! I only need ONE pill, at most TWO if I am feeling worried... and I can have a whole small slice of cheesecake or a full candy bar, WITH MINIMAL SYMPTOMS. One time, I took just one pill and was able to eat a "fun-size" bar of milk chocolate, and I had ZERO SYMPTOMS. It's SUPER-EFFECTIVE and CHEAPER! I'm so happy, I kinda wanna cry 😭 Edit: I was happy because I have been enjoying all kinds of pastries for the past 2 weeks. I came to buy 5 or even 6 more bottles of Lactase... and I just saw that the product isn't available on Amazon anymore 🙄 Figures. Just my effin' luck 😞 I'll have to search elsewhere and HOPE that it's still manufactured, and that whatever I find isn't a knock-off. Now that I have tasted a little bit of dietary freedom I refuse to go back to pain, suffering, and avoiding 99.9% of creamy delicious food like the plague. I have tried other brands claiming to counter the effect of lactose whenever I consume dairy products, and I am glad that I found this enzyme. It has significantly reduced my bloating and gas formation. So far, I am extremely pleased with the relief I get after taking one caplet before consuming any lactose containing food. I may take a second one few hours later if I decide to consume again dairy products. I highly recommend this brand.

it is absolutely ridiculous that lactaid requires you to take three half inch long tablets to do what this does in one small one. between the cost and the amount of space it took to carry proper sized doses of it with me made me VERY selective about when id eat dairy and whether it was worth it to dip into the pill box for the exact right number of them, and sometimes id still have a reaction so i still had to worry until i knew it was working. now I dont need to be stingy with myself and it works every time no matter what im eating. these pills are excellent. same dose, smaller pill, way less money for a much larger supply. these are superior in every way.
