When I received this cooler, I was very happy with the sturdiness and appearance, but I had an issue with the lid cover. I contacted the company, because I had missed the return window and received response immediately. I didn't have it assembled correctly (probably because I didn't read the pamphlet in the box). It is very nice for wine drinkers who like a stemmed glass, but not breakable and keeps your drink cool for a long time.

Very impressed with the tumblers. Bough both the wine and champagne. Best to chill first for champagne, but it does keep the bubbly cold. Great for camping with the protective lids and the fact you can easily remove the stem to place the glass in the beverage holder in camp chairs. Dont know why someone did not think of this idea earlier. They are a bit pricy and I hope the stems hold up to constant on and off. I might go for the champagne chiller but again a bit expensive.

My hard to please recently wheelchair bound husband didn't like to drink wine out of a tumbler. He has spilled so much wine, beer on the hardwood floors. He is absolutely thrilled with the stem! He feels "normal" with these. Very functional. Holds 12 oz of liquid with the lid on. Easy clean. The sliding cap can be removed and replaced for washing. I just ordered the champagne flutes from the same company. Great gift for spillers.

Works great from an insulation perspective and looks great but the stem is a little lightweight and feels like it will break in time when someone pushes the lid on as its a snug fit.

Really great present for a wine drinker in the summer time. I have bought a wine tumbler and a prosecco tumbler from this brand as gifts and both recipients love them in the summer. They can sit out in the sun without their drinks going horribly warm. The colour is gorgeous, i bought both in the rose gold. They seem leak proof (not that we have tipped them over), the stems come off but seem sturdy when on and they can walk around with them great. The size is also good and holds the right amount of wine. Cleaning is as easy to do as any other wine or prosecco glass, we all love a scrub daddy. Highly recommend for friends!
