The packaging was great and the cane arrived well- packaged in a box.Cane is light weight and comfortable to grip- important to me because I have arthritis in my hands. Cane is a little wobbly, but that could be me still getting used to it. I am pleased with the cane- it is exactly as described. I liked the sturdy hex driver that came- it had a large handle and was easy to turn. Be sure you pay attention to adjusting the bottom of the cane- the quad base. You need to adjust it with the flatter side next to the leg that needs support. This will make sense during assembly.

Purchased this for my 90+ year old mom who needed to have something collapsible for times when the walker is too unwieldy and in tight spaces. She used to have a cane with a rubber foot, but it was too small a base and didn't provide enough stability due to the flexible base and connection. The four-footed cane is extremely stable, stands on its own, and you'll notice that the four feet are configured in a K pattern, where the flatter side of the "K" is kept facing the body of the user so the feet of the base aren't in danger of tripping the user - very thoughfully designed. The cane can also be broken down via bungee cord where you simply need to pull it apart at the connections. As a bonus, the sections have an indentation so that It can't be reconnected incorrectly and would be properly oriented and ready to use at all times. Great purchase and great value.

It's a little bulky to deal with as the bottom is quite large, but the more I walked the easier it was to use. The primary need was to help with balance and it does the best of what I tried previously. It's also very convenient that it stands up by itself. Great side benefit.

Sturdy, easy to use/unused, easily adjustable

Using a regular cane was awkward, and the cane was usually on the floor every time I needed it. This lightweight, 4-prong cane stands by my side, ready to help, as I move freely around the kitchen. Since it is lightweight, it does not tire the arm because of constant lifting with every alternate step. The cane may not answer all needs; but, if it is needed to provide balance, primarily, it will serve the purpose adequately.

Wobbles way too much. I tightened the screw as much as possible and it still wobbles. It will be ok for the short time I need to use it; however, I don't think it would hold up for more than a few months if used regularly.

the only thing I encountered with putting the cane together was that it was very difficult to get the screw tight enough to keep the cane from falling apart. As an older person I had to have my son come over and help with putting it together.

The quality is good but I had to buy another one cause because of the weight, which was supposed to be considered for users.
