Item arrived very badly damaged in transit, as it is food grade and the bucket was smashed it could be contaminated as was leaking profusely, Royal Mail tried to secure it in a plastic bag but it was leaking everywhere. Excellent customer service, quick to respond with replacement on the way. I am sure this good quality stuff for my needs.

The dust does work. Though I found had to use it twice a day. It is value for money, as previously i had bought other treatments which costs 2x the amount i paid for this treatment. But there were two things I didn't like it drys the animals skin as well as the fleas. So i found I had to wash my pets skin between treaments. Also found when applying the powder the dust travels in the air, which means a thick layer of dust over most of the furniture. But it does kill the fleas, larvae and their eggs. Had to keep using as my dogs kept picking up fleas when they go out for walks. But it is easy to use and appears to be good quality.

This earth is good but it is hard to get even coverage. I have now purchased a flour shaker cup which may improve application. The earth does not kill every cycle of flea life, but it did kick start the job of getting rid. It kills live fleas so they can't lay more eggs, but because eggs and larva can survive other treatments are needed as well. The earth affects the filter on the vacuum cleaner, so it's better to have a washable filter to ensure best cleaning. I will use this again. It comes in a handy tub with a good lid.

I bought this product to get rid of bed bugs since every other method has failed. It has actually worked! It takes time though but it is worth it. I rubbed it into carpets and around bed legs. Just try not to overdo it because you end up breathing quite a bit of it in (face mask is recommended).

Misrpresented you get 1 litre not 20 litres therefore the £0.45 per litre is not correct.Better value else where for food grade. They need to get the listing sorted sent it back to them for a refund.

I had a brown ant infestation in my boiler cupboard. No idea why they would want to set up home in there as nowhere near any food source. Tried bait stations but the ants just filled the holes in them with sand particles so were ineffective as they didn't take the bait back to their nest. Bought diamataceous earth as I'd read reviews recommending it. Sprinkled some along the wall where the ants were entering and less than 24 hours later not an ant in sight. Marvellous stuff.
