Wouldn't miss a dose.
Taste really nice. If I miss taking them, the next day definitely low on energy. Helps tremendously with leg cramps too. Definitely will keep chewing these.

Glad I found these, have now signed up on subscription. After trying several others this has been the most effective in curtailing night time leg cramps which were driving me crazy.

They taste awful and not what i expected at all after reading some reviews.
The taste is not nice at all. I expected a better taste after reading some of your reviews but they taste awful and you should taste them. Maybe i got a bad batch. Not a happy customer.
