What an improvement over conventional ratcheting tie-downs! Installation was fairly simple, and they are so easy to use. They are expensive, but hopefully, they will last many years.

Easy to install and work well. Quick and easy.

The retractable straps attach easily to most trailers. You may need to purchase different length bolts depending on your trailer attach points. That said, they eliminate the cam lever used to tighten standard type straps. These cams rode on the transom and scratched the gel coat om my boat. These retractable straps do not damage the gel coat as no metal contacts the boat hull. The metal hooks are plastic coaverd and have a spring loaded retainer. Get the stainless steel versions of the retractable straps.

Overall, this seems like a pretty good product. There are a few items however that bring it down overall in my opinion. First off the branding sticker on the product was already peeling off of mine when I open the box. I had originally thought it was just shipping protection of a printed on plastic branding badge. It was not, oh well, now people will have to guess what retractable straps I have. The instructions are pretty bare bones as well and do not include any information on how to use the additional mounting brackets and when that might be required. Even a QR code to a video or website they could update would have been welcome. I also wish there was a left and right strap and the hook was flipped on one so that both hooked to the transom either from the top or from the bottom. Not one from the top one from the bottom. That last one probably doesn't make a ton of sense, but seriously use them once and you'll see what I mean.

The first pair I received didn’t hold up. I was passed the return window. But one thing I can say is that this company turn flip to make things right. My hat is off to these people. Much! Much! Respect. My advice is not to think twice from purchasing from these people. Oh, the second time around, the product had zero issues. They get five stars in my opinion.

Perfect tie-downs for boat or pwc trailer. after 3 weeks of use. these straps work well. after launching my ski, I keep the trailer in the water at the shoreline (easy here in AZ) the entire day on the water. The straps keep working well. I like the quick release feature and use it a lot.

I replace my aging straps with these and have been very happy so far.
