A very good item, comfortable design & ease of use.

Fiddly to fit. Once done make turning quick and effortless. Very smooth. Being low profile does to obstruct normal steering too much. Looks modern.

This item may suit a car/ van steering wheel but it didn't fit quite well enough on my Daf truck as it was quite a tight fit in the larger sized wheel, and over time despite tightening it it spat out the rubber liner and didn't fit too well. Now this sounds like a product issue but I must say the steering wheel it was fitted to was not perfectly round as it is designed to be applied to so I can't be overly critical. There is a small Allen key for adjustment and the palm ball is quite nice in the hand albeit a small yet manageable size and with a grippy rubber texture. If you can be sure that the part of the wheel you're going to fit this to is suitably circular then I can't see this item being less than adequate for your needs. - Duck
