Stops swelling in my feet due to inactivity
I just had a total left hip replacement surgery two months ago and I do physical therapy every day at home. I cycle 30 minutes to keep my blood flowing and to prevent swelling in my feet due to inactivity.

Yep 5 star...er.
they claimed 2 minutes....it took me just about 5... #1. that included about 1.5 minutes to get out of the box. #2. Im 80.5 years old...so maybe they were talking about a kid of 65 asembling it.

Good for the price
This is exactly what I needed to warm up my knee. Easy to assemble and use. Only it does make a small knocking noise on rotation but not loud.
