I used this star anise for my Christmas simmer pot / pot-pourri gifts. Let me just say, they turned out PERFECT! Excellent quality for the price. At least half of the stars in the jar were in one piece with beautiful seeds poking through. Plus they are fragrant even before boiled! Would recommend!

I bought this to make Chai and I cannot complain. It's a huge quality so great value for the money. As soon as I opened it the smell was great and I they taste sooo fresh. I've had them for a few months and the smell still hits me everytime I open it. Very very good quality star anise.
