Build quality: It's very heavy duty and well made. I mounted it on the wall with ease and the swivel is a game changer. Ease of winding: The cord pulls out about 2-3 feet and clicks to lock. Simply keep pulling until you desired lenth. Retractability: Retracting is easy, you just gently tug and slowly feed the cord back onto the spool. Length: The length was perfect for me. It will reach completely across my 2 car garage.
