As a down-to-earth person I occasionally let myself drift away into the land of Faeries in this remarkable book. I was fortunate to receive a blemish free copy and I'll treasure it always and pass it down to my adult daughter.

This book taps into your imagination like no other. The illustrations are absolutely exquisite and delicately detailed enough to place you right into the world of these little creatures. As someone who appreciates art and beautiful lettering, this book raises the bar for me on all of those levels. My mind twists and turns on each page as I travel through the world of magic and make believe. Have you ever wished that fairies were real? This book makes you almost 100% convinced of it. Love it so much!

Very pleased with the book. It was exactly what my daughter wanted. I had to clean up the cover as there was gunk on it..only gripe.

While this is an amazing book and should be in every library... What I got was not what I paid for. This is not the 25th anniversary edition as described. It is a basic used copy with what appears to be dirt or mold on the edges. The seller should update their listing and include these details. I was excited to open my package because I've missed this book for so long. Couldn't wait to have a nice clean updated copy. Only to find I just got a standard edition with some wear. All this being said... Some book should become dust old tomes. This is one of those. I almost want to throw the dust jacket away.My low rating is for not getting what I ordered. Otherwise this is a fantastic book that inspires the imagination. It deserves 7 stars. Any copy is worth having.
