This is a LARGE bottle of ginger. But, we use a LOT of ginger in meals in our home so it is GREAT! I store it in the refrigerator once it is opened and it lasts for several months. The flavor is great in all my stir fries and other Asian dishes. I love the way this ginger makes my food taste. It is MUCH better than using dried ginger any time. It is also very easy to use. Since it is a squeeze bottle, it is very easy to use. I, personally, do not measure, just squeeze a few times and I've got enough ginger for my dish! Perfect every time! I highly recommend this ginger! In fact, I just ordered another bottle for myself today! (This is my HONEST opinion. I was not paid nor compensated in any way for this review!)

It is a big container! It’s just so easy to use and so convenient in the squeeze bottle and I find the price to be reasonable! Love it!!

I put ginger in about everything I got tired of grating and squeezing. I accidentally didn't purchase the organic version - but I'll get over it. It's an easy use squeeze bottle. Easy Peasy. Tastes great - recipes, marinades, tea - hot or iced.

I have been looking for this option in my local grocers and can't. I can occasionally find shriveled up ginger pieces. I guess ginger isn't a popular flavor / ingredient in my area. So this is a shout it to Amazon and Amazon employees for making it possible for me to have some ginger in my fridge. The product is perfect and I will buy it again.

I never learned the technique for peeling and grating ginger without bleeding knuckles. Now i just open a jar. The aroma is fresh and delightful.

I like that I can have ginger ready to use without all the peeling and chopping. Often when I purchase ginger root, I don't get the exact amount that I need and have left overs which always seems to go bad. This product reduces the amount of time in my preparation as it is so convenient.

This product has a very intense flavor so very little is needed when adding to a dish. The jar will last a long time.
