Flavor breakdown of most of the flavors.
So I bought the verbiage pack, and then some extras. From there. I purchased a large pouch of the flavor “Snickerdoodle “ as it seemed the best. In retrospect I think sticking with a more normal flavor would be best, or get to big bags to switch back and forth as I got really sick of the snickerdoodle taste, even though it was good. I copied my notes from the initial taste test below. Please note for all of these I used heavy cream. ONCE I tried coconut oil (I’m allergic to avocados) and that was a horrible mistake, yuck! Root beer. - not bad. Doesn’t much taste like root beer although it smells like it. First mixing it smelled very salty, but when drank in the morning it didn’t taste salty. Tastes kinda Vanilla with a hint of root beer Chocolate toffee- Not too bad taste strongly of toffee very little chocolate in it like the root beer it does have a very very subtle undertones of salty to put in for the sweet but not too bad definitely drinkable Snickerdoodle - only about two hours of soak time but it actually tasted quite good. best of the three that I’ve had so far definitive cinnamon flavor tasted like a snickerdoodle. after 2 1/2 to 3 hours it was still kind of lumpy but taste was not affected Orange cream - kinda like root beer. Really thick. Tastes mostly of Vineland with a hint of orange. Didn’t get any salty aftertaste but I would prefer less thick. (More water) Banana not stream Lee strong not bad no salt taste really really thick but good I like it probably my second favorite after snickerdoodles going to try 15 ounce possibly 16 ounces tomorrow of water Strawberry mixed with 16 ounces night before. Less thick. But not like a ton. Does taste of strawberries but it’s more like strawberry and milk Mocha - not bad quite good it didn’t mix as well still came out pretty thick even after 16 ounces worth of stuff excellent one mix with coffee I don’t makes your coffee table sweet and salty at the same time which took a bit of getting used to but we still drinkable Vanilla - tastes like vinela. Nice and sweet. Also had some issues mixing but not as much as mocha. Mixes with coffee but is kinda chunky. Tastes like my normal coffee. Chocolate- about what you would expect. Creamy good. Had a little issue mixing but not as bad as mocha. Salted caramel- not as salty as I’d expect. More caramel than anything. Not very good to my pallet. But good if you like caramel.

Works well & tastes great!
Great product. I do think it's expensive and should go on sale, but it does work well. And - tastes GREAT!

KetoChow may save my life.
My biggest problem with trying to eat Keto was how picky of an eater I am. It really limits what I can eat. I can taste even the tiniest amounts of flavors I don't like. I've decided to try replacing 2 meals a day with meal replacement shakes. I have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a keto meal for dinner. I was truly nervous to try this, as I'm always hungry normally, and I'm so adverse to flavors I don't like. I am so happy I gave it a try. The chocolate version just tastes like a chocolate milk shake. It's like having dessert for breakfast and lunch. There are no funny aftertastes at all. Now that I know it's good, I've ordered a bunch of their sample packs so I can add some variety to my rotation. I'm only 4 days in, but I'm able to maintain a 2,000 calorie a day diet without feeling ravenously hungry. The shakes actually fill me up. I'm using heavy whipping cream or butter with them as the fat. I personally found the avacado oil revolting, but lots of people like it (and I am a really picky eater). I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a meal replacement shake. There is a great support group on Facebook, and there is an active sub-Reddit where you can do some additional research. As for results - I'm only 4 days in, and I'm trying to only weight once a week, but I think I'm feeling some changes in tightness of some clothes already. The fact that I could maintain 2,000 calories a day, cold turkey from my normal bad eating, even for this long is all the results I need.

Good stuff, but cheaper if you shop around
This product is solid. Overall, I think it's one of the best meal replacement drinks for the money. Soylent and most of its competitors have too many carbs. Keto chow gets most of its calories from oil or heavy cream. The chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla flavors taste good. The orange cream tastes yucky (to me). There are several other flavors that you can get, which is nice if you are drinking this long term. I think this is a great option if you want to do an all liquid diet for a few weeks for some fast weight loss, or also if you want to replace one or two meals per day. Being able to determine your calories by varying the amount of cream/oil is nice, since you still get 100% of the vitamins that you need. It tastes best if you mix it up a few hours in advance and place it in the fridge to chill. The creator of Keto Chow just did a 100 day challenge eating nothing but Keto Chow. He put daily videos on Youtube, but I don't think you need to watch all 100 daily videos. However, it is nice to see that the creator puts his money where his mouth is. You can do a full liquid diet on these if you want. I prefer to eat at least one solid meal so my poop stays normal- your experience may vary. The only reason I'm taking a star off is that it's more expensive to buy through Amazon. I bought my first bag through Amazon, and then bought the rest of my supply elsewhere. I don't want break Amazon's rules to tell you where else to shop, but Google is easier to use. The reason you might want to buy through Amazon is the faster shipping, but other places on the internet will ship with USPS Priority Mail and takes 4 days- not much slower than Amazon and you'll save several dollars.
