Organic Spree Indrajau Kadwa 200g – Holarrhena Pubescens – Traditional Support for Gut & Digestive Balance

This is a great Ayurveda product from India. From the literature I learned that it is rich in fibers and antioxidants that is very nice to have regularly. There are also some studies on regarding to its usefulness in controlling blood sugar. The problem is how to manage the bitter tastes. It seems to me as a bitter melon. I have boiled some, then drink the decoction. The solution is light yellow, little viscous with some bobbles. After a few tests, I think a cup of water with 20 pieces of the kernel is tolerable.

Full package of this Ayurvedic herb, sealed above the ziplock. Used for health benefits related to digestion. Taste is bitter, but not bad. Bitters are good for digestion.
