The media could not be loaded. It arrived completely empty. everything was sealed but inside it was empty. very disappointed with this situation

HALF FULL
When recieved the tube was half full and I had to squeeze the tube quite hard on my first try to get any product out. This lasted nearly no time at all which made it impossible to see any results if there were any.

Works really well
This scar cream works really well, and also gets rid of burns. This really helps as other products aren’t as effective as this.
