Pros:Very sturdy and good quality product so far.The material used for the pipes used in making the structure is heavy quality.Good latching and release mechanism to ensure the ladder locks into its place before use, and easily released once you need to fold and store. Very useful for storage of the step ladder.Height is good enough to reach the overhead cupboards of the house with a standard 12ft ceiling.Three rubberized steps as shown in product pic.Cons:Usually, not good for any work to be done on the ceiling.Mind your fingers when locking unlocking the mechanism.

Helps in reaching untouched corners
For my house this is a feet longer. Still it gets the work done. But storing it in flats is a bit trouble. I will suggest to by shorter veriant if you live is Flats or small Apartment
