Is oversized by a few inches for my 9kw generator, which you want so the temperature can decrease slightly in the pan before it overflows to the drain. This saved an expense drywall repair. Piped directly outside and worked perfectly when I had a problem with the steam generator leaking.

Like the other reviewer stated, they sent me a plastic pan versus a steel pan in the photo. When I complained and wanted a steel pan and they said plastic one was the right one. It seems deceptive to show a photo of a steel pan stating that it is galvanized to prevent rust and sending a plastic pan. A plastic pan may work fine and be a better solution, but should not be a surprise.

Plastic drip pan serves the purpose. I didn't see the need for a metal one and my Steamist TSG-10 never gets hot at the bottom. Connected a copper discharge tube to the brass fitting on the pan should it ever fail.

Their return policy is bad. I know longer need, my husband decided to wall mount the steamer. I understand paying return shipping, it will be a lot for odd shape. They also want you to pay a 20% remorse fee. It is plastic, seems sturdy, but would definitely not recommend if you have to deal with the customer service.

So far it looks good and it fit well... Hopefully once the steamist starts operating it will continue to be as good and clean
