As expected.
The set arrived and it is what I expected. I have the jewelers saw handle, but when I went to look for blades they were non-existent, so these are just replacements for tools I have had since college. I have medical issues which currently take presidense. If I get back to them I'll see if I can edit this report.

I purchased these for making very fine and precise cuts in plastic and hard brass (using the 6" saw frame also purchased here.) I have only just tested them in this service, but they performed just fine. They even cut mild steel no problem (though dulling faster, I'm sure.)I didn't see the rust -- or experience the breakage -- that others have. Certainly they're somewhat brittle, being hardened steel (and I'm sure the temper varies given their low cost), but properly chucked up straight, and used straight, I think they'll last okay. They do have some residue -- likely just cutting oil and grindings that easily wipe off with your finger.Now the downsides, if you will: I miked every blade with a high precision mic, and the stock thicknesses vary wildly. I simply sorted them by thickness range, some of the ranges nearly overlapping, since my main concern is kerf width (the kerfs being wider than the stock thickness due to tooth offset.) In addition, different thicknesses are mixed within the bundles -- so if you care about kerf width, have your mic ready. The tooth counts also vary widely within a thickness group. The thinner blades are mostly 50-60 TPI (mixed.) I didn't find any 66 TPIs on the thinnest ones (4/0.) The 1s and 2s are mid-forties to about 50. The teeth range from dull to sharp under magnification -- but, as mentioned above, perform fine.Had I only received ten blades for this money, I would be squealing over inconsistency and general quality. Having received so many (I didn't actually count 'em, but there are a lot), this will work out fine for me.

You can't go wrong given the price and quality
I was very pleased with the assortment of blade thickness found in this variety package of saw blades. They are a standard size for jewelers saws as advertised and unlike some of the reviews I have seen there was no rust to be found. The wide range of sizes means that I have the correct saw blades for whatever thickness of jewelry metal I am cutting and I like to keep a few inexpensive saw frames around so that I can have a variety of blade sizes readily available without having to change blades as often and this inexpensive assortment allows me that luxury. As far as premature breakage I haven't had a problem once I perfected my sawing technique. If you saw improperly you are going to break blades even if they are expensive Swiss blades but they don't break often now that I am using my jewelers saw correctly and making certain to keep the blade lubricated with bees wax. They cut as straight and true as your saw frame and skill level allows.

Jeweler's Piercing Saw Blade Set
These all seem about the same and are all super tiny and thin no matter the size listed. I would not buy again. I would not recommend.

Clean, accurate cuts
After checking out Home Building Supply Stores, Hardware Stores and Crafts Stores in our area, no Jeweler's Saw Blades were to be found. I found exactly what I needed through Amazon with the purchase of the SE-144-Piece Jewelers Piercing Saw blade Set. There was variety of blade sizes which accommodated the right blade for each project.

Not nearly what I expected, but still usable for different things other than sawing rocks;
I thought these were DIAMOND COATED, so that sawing through gemstone materials could be completed. However they'll come in handy since I all ready paid for them, even though they're made from a different country.I wished this (Manufacturers Country of Origin) was in the ORIGINAL posting more closely.It's NOT FAIR to order something, and have it SWITCHED, like the "Bait & Switch" scams that are considered totally ILLEGAL, however the'll be usfull in other projects where a regular hacksaw blade cant reach. Another thing, is maybe since they offer these blades wholesale, they may or could offer up something to DIAMOND COAT them, and the Heat Treatment processes in which this could be done. Otherwise, they need to better differentiate the catagory more closely, to depict Jewelers Saw Blades for Silver / Copper / Brass, and not Gemstones. Otherwise if DIAMOND COATED, and weather they'll actually cut garnet, or other gemstone material/ or not.Thanks, Tim.
