Good quality, good value, holds a good charge and runs a long time. I have had no issues!

This is the same problem with this battery only works on my trimmer not in my lawnmower. I have the original batteries and they work in both. Perhaps you can find a way to improve your product.

I like that it works when charged. I don’t like that it shows a flashing red when it should show green after being charged.

I have had Greenworks edger and blower and I always keep an extra battery charged so if I run out of time before the job is done I have an extra battery. Love that I don't need a cord or gasoline. The battery fits Greenworks Lawncare gear. A little tricky to put in the charger but once you figure it out it slides in easily. Battery lasts at least 45 minutes or more.
