As someone who's been following the Ketogenic lifestyle across the last 9 months (90 lbs lost, thank you), I wanted to add something to the mix to help boost energy and reduce inflamation. But I'm also one who "suffers" (loosely speaking) from the autoimmune disease, vitiligo (eg: The Michael Jackson disease). So, in seeking remedies to slow down the spread of depigmentation, I decided to try gingko biloba, I found this bottle from VH Nutrition and was hooked. The price was great and it lasted me a couple months with taking one a day. The spread of vitiligo has definitely slowed down, and I believe the hyperpigmentation that's been collecting around the white patches of skin has faded slightly as well. Hard to truly speak confidently to that being only 2 months in, but I definitely feel better about it all. As to how I feel by adding this to my Keto regimen, I've definitely felt more energetic than usual. Keto in itself has loads of benefits such as lower blood pressure, little to no sweating, better clarity, more energy, etc. But I've definitely noticed the mornings I've forgotten to take my supplement, feeling a little less energetic than usual. So this is a go-to supplement for me going forward.

Fast Delivery
The overall rating we will be given after a few months, we just go the bottle. The 5 stars are for easy to swallow, flavor and money, for results too early. We are getting into a new nutrition regimen in preparation for a hike. Several climbers have recommended ginkgo. We have a few months to go, and we will report once we are back, about the experience. Curiously, the bottle reads 30 days supply, but in the back reads one capsule a day. Which should we follow?
