The product is good, I guess it increases the milk supply but unfortunately, I could not continue it for a long time because it caused me, vertigo and migrain and if you already have vertigo or migraine tendencies, Shatavari may worsen dizziness/nausea. • If symptoms started after beginning Shatavari, it could be a trigger. • Stop it and see if symptoms improve within a few days. I purchased the chocolate flavour, and it was decent, not that bad Test. Yes, it does not dissolve easily in the milk. And think twice, if you have vertigo or migraine because I suffered a lot after taking it. And it also causes Gas in baby, so if your baby is gassy, it’s better to avoid it.

Please do not but this product instead of buying galact better buy a shatavri powder because each 100 g they use only 15 gram ayurvedic herbs rest are crystal sugar which settled in bottom of the glass means 85 gram only ( shakkar ) Better then make sowa mouth freshner ang take shatavri powder . Worst product total money waste

The kesar flavor is worst, it has a very artificial chemical smell to it and tastes the worst. I would wait for it to cool down and chug it. Cardamom is better and the milk output is also good. But only the Cardamom flavor.
