I used to use a roller needle which was fairly painful, this however is a game changer. It doesn't hurt but really works. Any facial scars are slowly disappearing but I only use it once every 2 weeks. I use retinol serum with this. I try and do it when I don't need to wear makeup next day as you get red patches that soon clear.

Excellent however the one I received had a dirty box and there was a dirt mark inside the. The box was not sealed. 3 of the caps were also missing. Seems like it was a return.

Really good and well with the price. Love that the Pen delivers serum into the skin and you can adjust the amount of serum, length of needle and speed.

This is a decent micro needling pen with a variety of uses. The pen is lightweight, well made and comfortable to hold. The pack comes with 5 different needle cartridges, the 12 pin is used to remove acne marks+ pits, the 24/36 pin is used to fight wrinkles, moisturise and tighten the skin, the nano hr reduces fine lines/shrinks pores and the nano hs repairs sensitive skin. The speed can also be changed and the needles are cartridges that can carry liquid serum for automatic application. I have used cheaper style pens before and in comparison, I found this pen to be far better. It’s easier to use and in my opinion, noticeably rejuvenated my skin. I have been using this pen regularly for just under a month now and my skin feels soft and smooth. I have started using this pen on my elderly mother, although she still has great skin, she wanted her face to feel fresher and more nourished, and since I’ve been giving her facials using this pen, she reports that her skin feels supple and gives her a nice glow. This machine is quite expensive but is proving better than costly facials at the salon, so for me, it is worth the price. All in all a great beauty product that performs well and makes a difference.

I have only recently discovered micro-needling and just like everything else decided to have a stab at home (pun intended!). Previously I was using a manual derma stamp and slathering on tonnes of serum. This does the same but more effectively and with less mess. The effects seem more intense and I really do think this method gets the product deeper into the skin and more directly.

I can’t give a proper review on this product as the battery was leaking when it arrived. It really does look like a fabulous concept though.
